I am not a big fan of the series, but I recently saw one called "The Queen's Gambit", which is on Netflix and have seven chapters. Then, I want to talk about that.

The main character, named "Elizabeth", is a woman who plays chess, and she is pretty good. Also, the context is based on the Cold War, when existed the fight between the URSS and United States.

In other part, it was rare to see a woman playing chess in the '60s, because people considered like a game for men, and was very weird see a woman playing that. However, the protagonist was able to beat many players, even professionals.

Personally, I recommend so much this series because the protagonist showed her abilities and potentials at chess, although she demonstrated her weaknesses. I think that "The Queen's Gambit" has a lot of symbols and theories, but I do not want to talk about that, because could be a spoiler.
